Welcome to Chiworks!
By placing an order, making a booking, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are here to ensure clarity and fairness for everyone.

1. About Chiworks
Chiworks provides freshly prepared, chef-made food through our lunch catering service, bakery, and private event dining.
We take pride in using high-quality ingredients, seasonal produce, and thoughtful preparation in everything we create.
2. Ordering
Lunch Catering & Bakery

Orders can be placed through our website or by direct email.

Please ensure all order details — including delivery time, location, and dietary requirements — are correct before confirming.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
Private Events

Event bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received (as agreed in your quote).

We’ll work closely with you to finalise menus, timings, and logistics in advance.
3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout or on your invoice.

For event bookings, payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Because our food is freshly prepared to order, we can’t accept returns.
However, we always want you to be happy with your experience.
Catering & Bakery Orders

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before delivery will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may be charged in part or full, depending on preparation already undertaken.
Private Events

Deposits are non-refundable once ingredients or labour costs have been incurred.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may incur full charges.

5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
We take allergies seriously and always do our best to accommodate dietary needs.
However, all food is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and other allergens.
Please notify us of any allergies when placing your order.
Chiworks cannot accept responsibility for adverse reactions where allergies were not disclosed in advance.
6. Delivery & Collection

Delivery times are agreed at the time of ordering, but small variations may occur due to traffic or unforeseen delays.

Once delivered, responsibility for proper storage and consumption of the food transfers to the customer.

All food should be consumed within the same day unless stated otherwise.
7. Events & Equipment
If Chiworks provides any serving equipment, tableware, or other materials for your event, these must be returned in good condition.
Damaged or missing items may be subject to replacement charges.
8. Sustainability
We’re committed to minimising waste and using sustainable packaging wherever possible.
Please recycle or compost packaging according to local guidance.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide is used only to process your order or communicate about your booking.
We will never sell or share your details with third parties.
10. Liability
While we take every care in the preparation and delivery of our food, Chiworks cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, or injury resulting from improper handling or storage of food after delivery.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
